Our UK office is a collective of unique minds with varied experience in the TV & Film Business. Hands-on production understanding, sound knowledge of the changing payroll environment and broad technical expertise ensures the best advice on solutions for the full range of production including animation, theatre, unscripted, TV drama and feature films.
We pride ourselves on collaborating and challenging one another to improve and extend our varied service and software offering. As a team, we particularly enjoy the focus groups we hold with our clients, and our goal is to work seamlessly with you as part of your team.

Kristy Carty
General Manager, UK
Kristy brings 20 years of payroll experience to the Moneypenny team and works closely with production accountants, managers and companies, as well as her own team on a day to day basis.
She understands the need for flexibility while maintaining accuracy and compliance, in the complex circumstances of payroll in film and TV.
Outside of work Kristy’s passion is international travel. She’s also a busy mum, but still finds time to enjoy live concerts, camping with her family and watching Formula 1.
Connor Dudley
IT Manager, UK
Connor has been with Moneypenny in an IT/Support role since early 2013 and has been providing support and accessible solutions to users of the Moneypenny Software ever since.
Having previously studied internet technology he employs a day-to-day strategy to optimise and improve on existing systems to make for better user experiences and understanding of data.
While off the clock Connor continues to explore his passion for computer hardware, playing games and spends his remaining time challenging himself with a plethora of puzzles.
James Shannon
Business Development Manager, UK
Almost a decade ago James was accidentally drafted into production when one day he helped reconcile a bank account, joining the Moneypenny team in 2018.
James is a Moneypenny's software devotee who delights in seeing his suggestions programmed into new builds. Now he helps demo our software to potential clients and train new users.
James loves his dog Simba, international travel, and all things Sci Fi. He is in his third year of learning British Sign Language and holds certification as a Yoga teacher.
Hayley Ovenell
Payroll Manager, UK
Hayley has been with Moneypenny since 2012. From her time of being payroll manager/client reconciliations manager she has gained a vast amount of payroll knowledge over the years along with learning new things in that time from Pensions auto enrolment to all sorts of reconciliations.
Hayley enjoys working for Moneypenny especially the variety Film and TV has to offer – no day is the same! Her favourite TV series is Peaky Blinders in which we have done a few series of payroll on. Outside of work Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and holidaying in sunny climates
